In 2023, the Solaris will emerge on the North Shore, at the threshold of the Lower Laurentians. The project will offer 133 well designed, quality rental units that combine simplicity and comfort with the latest in contemporary style. 

Each residence includes an internet connection, household appliances, a parking space, an indoor storage space, and access to shared common spaces and amenities. Multiple configurations are available: 1- to 3-bedroom units and penthouses, ranging from 656 to 1145 sq.ft., allowing you to find the bright and functional interior that best suits your needs.
